One of my favorite times of year- Easter. I love the spring colors and the smells outside. Perfect time to use the floral pattern cups with a sweet cupcake to top it off.

"Just Surprise Me"
So, how do you plan something for a teen these days? This was my very thought when deciding what to do for her birthday. I asked her what she would like and she said "just surprise me". Well, ok then! I first begin to think about what she likes. She likes monogramed things, chevron pattern (which was on the screensaver on her phone) and she likes the "Keep Calm" sayings. I found a way to bring all that together to celebrate her special day and she loved it. When she told me she liked it that made me one happy "Party Mom". When looking at what your teen might like for their birthday think about what their interest are in life. Checking out their phone(if they have one) is a great place to start.
